Our aim is to facilitate inventive and innovative employers around the world to choose highly experienced and focused employees with an ideal and flexible fit for both parties.

The concept of Retireehire was set up by Brian and Niall. The idea was implanted into our conscious by our parents, community and own life experiences. We have been surrounded by creative and talented elders which inspired us to create a platform to unleash all that positivity for the good of society. Brian and Niall have a wealth of global experiences and are passionate about the quality of work experiences for those who may not even realise their true value and contribution to society and who are the backbone to all who come after them. Brian and Niall through their experiences that diversity helps create more wealth and a more happy, peaceful and inclusive society.
