I have nvq4 in both food safety and health and safety with experience of setting up audit programmes for large high street supermarket chain. I also have close to 50 years retail experience to senior executive level starting from being a Saturday boy. I am looking for contract work helping other food retailers restaurateurs set up and maintain their operations in the above fields.

Most recently I have been running my own retail consultancy focusing on food safety health and safety and business development Prior to this I was the retail advisor to Post Office Ltd senior management team Before Post Office I was the Audit Manager for Somerfield initially looking food safety and health and safety before being internally head hunted to take over the financial audit team.

I hold NVQ4 Health and Safety NVQ 4 Food Safety CIEH professional training certificate And training and assessor qualifications.
