I Have quite a few years experience within a call centre environment, mainly inbound calls, but I would now like to find a job as a switchboard operator or manning a receptionist position.

Joined the Army when I left school 1975. reached the rank of sergeant. Worked in various industrial stores both mechanical and electronic when I left the army. changed careers from stores to working in Customer Services at a few different companies, where I gained my experience of interacting with the public, switched from call center work to switchboard operator/receptionist, gaining more experience with customers by intracting face to face.

Gained 3 A levels whilst at school in English Grade B, Maths Grade B, History Grade B Trained to operate radios in the army, self taught on switchboard procedures. Passed NVQ 1 in customer service procedures. Learnt to drive a counter balance forklift truck.
