Objective

I have spent 40+ years in the computer field and have watched many new technologies pass me by because it didn't fit into the niche I found myself in. I would love to explore new technologies, especially robotics. If I had to retool my career I would start a business. My passion is craft beer and I would love to open a nano-brewery to hone my skills so they can be scaled to the next level.

I have published two documents, one a program to print 3-of-9 barcodes on a mainframe when on didn't exist. I also was part of a team that published a Redbook through IBM.

Technical support rep for IBM - 16 years QA Tech for IBM - 3+ years DataconDB DBA / Developer using 4th GL Technology - 4+ years Project manager and support for the implementation of a financial management system - 6+ years.

Advanced my career from working for a local school district up to working for IBM. I did this via an IBM startup
